Join Guide Dogs Australia in August for PAWGUST!
This August, join Guide Dogs Australia and commit to walking every day in support of our beautiful pups.
PAWGUST is a fun yet challenging event that encourages people and their pooches to walk 30 minutes a day for 30 days during August. That’s roughly 2km per day, which is no small feat in winter weather!
By asking your family and friends for donations of supPAWt on your journey, you will be directly impacting the lives of Guide Dog puppies in training.
Thanks to the funds that were raised in PAWGUST 2018, we were able to supPAWt 11 Guide Dogs puppies on their training journey. That means 11 people’s lives will be changed once these dogs graduate!
If you don’t have a dog, don’t worry! You can still get involved in PAWGUST 2019 by walking 30 minutes per day on your own or with your human best mate.
